Meet Ann
Ann Tremain is dedicated business professional with over 30 years of sales and negotiating experience. Ann has owned and operated her own floral distribution business for 18 years.
After her son left for college Ann had time to follow her young hearts desire. Never forgetting her three week visit Kauai as a teenager with her parents in 1979 Ann and her beloved English golden retriever moved to the Hawaiian Islands in 2011. Ann moved to Kauai in 2015 and still prides herself in decorating people lives in the early morning hours with finest quality flowers available.
In December 2019 at 55 years young Ann decided to utilize her many years of business experience and combined it with her love and resident knowledge of the island of Kauai and became a professional REALTOR® working under the guidance of Kauai's first real estate company Kauai Realty Inc.

Ann lives in Poipu / Kalaheo area spends her days in the field visiting condominiums and residences from Poipu to Princeville. If not hosting an open house or visiting property Ann is at the keeping up to date on local Real estate trends and communicating with her fellow agents at Kauai Realty that mentor and share their immense knowledge of Kauai and their experience in completing successful real estate transactions.
At home when she is not creating her own healthy brand of fusion cooking in the kitchen Ann is playing tennis, paddling canoe, taking her golden retriever for a swim or spending time at home with her husband who has lived on Kauai since 1976 and is a real estate Broker with 35 years experience.
